Bookkeeping Services

We provide double-entry bookkeeping for LLCs and entrepreneurs in the VAT system, as well as simple bookkeeping for flat-rate taxpayers and freelancers. Our team carefully tracks every business transaction — recording all payments, invoices, expenses, liabilities, and receivables — so you always have an accurate and up-to-date view of your finances.

Payroll and Contributions

Whether you have a small team or a large number of employees, we ensure accurate calculation of salaries, taxes, and contributions, fully compliant with legal regulations. Our goal is for your employees to receive precise and timely payroll, while you are free from administrative burdens.

Tax Filing

We prepare and electronically submit all types of tax returns — VAT, corporate income tax, payroll taxes, environmental fees, and other mandatory filings. We track deadlines and handle communication with the Tax Administration on your behalf, helping you avoid fines and unnecessary complications. We also manage prior tax records and maintain individual and summary records in SEF (The Serbian e-invoicing system).

Financial Statements and Year-End Closing

At the end of the fiscal year, it’s essential that your books are in perfect order. Our team prepares complete year-end financial statements and all required reports for taxes and regulatory authorities. This includes the balance sheet, income statement, statistical reports, SBRA (Serbian Business Registers Agency) and tax administration submissions, as well as business performance analysis to aid future planning. With our support, you don’t have to worry about annual or periodic tax filings.

Digital and Traditional Accounting

You choose the format that works best — traditional, fully digital, or a hybrid model. While based in Temerin, our accounting services are fully available online, no matter where you are in Serbia.
